GST in India on our products (jewelry) is 3%, as applicable as per the Government of India norms. All our Prices are Inclusive of GST.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to us. Studio VAM commits to keeping the information provided by you confidential and assures you that it will not be shared by us with any third parties unless required for fraud investigations or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

Orders once placed can not be cancelled. Although, if you wish to modify your order, please connect on +919687404469 or send an email to mrunmayee@studiovam.com and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified. Once you have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will exchange it. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Studio VAM and accepts Studio VAM’s decision regarding the cancellation.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

 

- All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.

 

- There will be no return /exchange /replacement on pre-orders or customized orders.

 

- We will not be able to refund or exchange products received in used condition

.

- We will not be able to exchange or return products with minor color and design variation. Due to the differences in displays of computers / laptops / phones or due to photographic lighting sources, the color of the image and product may slightly differ. Please understand that each product is handcrafted by traditional craftsmen and hence can have certain imperfections that only add to the product's beauty.

- We will not be able to refund if the shipping address is found incorrect or outdated.

​

​- Please note that all the prices are excluding shipping charges.

​

- Please Note : In case of international shipping - VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

- We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

SALE AND PROMOTION

- The sale runs till stock lasts. Duration of sale is in the sole discretion of Studio VAM and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information at any point of time.

 

- It will remain in sole discretion of Studio VAM to remove/change/add products under the Sale category without notice. The discounted prices can also be modified.

 

- No return or Exchange will be accepted on the sales items. For more details read our returns and exchange policy.
